We deliver across the UK and have 4 methods of getting your order to you: by Royal Mail, DPD, same day courier (Central London only) and collection. Not all of our products are suitable for posting so please check which method below is best for your order.

ROYAL MAIL STRIKE NOTICE:

Due to the Royal Mail strikes, there will be no Standard Tracked collections or deliveries on Friday 30 September & Saturday 1 October. If you have selected these dates at checkout, your order will arrive the working day before or after, depending on if your order was placed before or after the 11am cut off time on Thursday 29 September.

Delivery time:
24 hour service delivered Monday to Saturday, not guaranteed. Currently 98% of orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.

Place your order by 11am Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 11am will be processed the following weekday.

You can select a future delivery date at checkout and we'll dispatch your order the weekday before. If opting for Standard Tracked, we advise choosing the day before your event just to be safe.

A Royal Mail tracking link will be emailed on the day of dispatch so you can track the journey of your order. Royal Mail typically shows you a 2 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery.
